摘要 以电力光纤到户公共平台建设为基础,搭建了光伏储能电站、光导照明系统和能效管理平台为核心的绿色清洁能源示范应用体系,落实国家节能减排政策,应对全球气候变化;探索研究基于电力光纤网络的智能电网业务应用,实现了配用电侧低压信息自动采集、小区配电自动化、商户(居民)能效管理、智能家居与安防技术、一体化缴费方式等新型业务应用技术,搭建了光纤到户气候小区运营管理平台,并与智慧城市云平台建立接口,实现供电企业与广电网络、通信运营商、小区物业和居民等多方利益主体的信息共享和协同发展;配套建立了社区"六位一体"公共服务体系,为小区住户提供点对点信息服务、专职社区经理、定期社区服务、供电质量监测、标准户表改造工程、电动汽车充电服务、民商互动营销、公共Wi-Fi等服务,拓展提升了供电服务的外延和内涵。 Based on the Public Service Platform of Power Fiber To The Home (PFTTH), this paper builds a green clean energy demonstration application system focusing on a photovoltaic energy storage power station, an optical lighting system and an energy efficiency management platform, which implements the policy of energy conservation and emission reduction and prepares to deal with the global climate change. And then. this paper explorers business applications of smart grid based on the power fiber network, which uses a combinatory of the distribution side low voltage information automatic collection technology, the distribution network automation technology, the energy efficiency management technology, the intelligent life technology, the security protection technology and the integrated payment method. Further, an operation and management platform is built, which sets up interfaces with the smart city cloud platform, and enables information sharing between several interested parties and collaborative development. As a support, the "Six in One" community public service system is also set up, which provides service such as a point-to-point information service, a full-time community manager, a regular community service, a power supply quality monitoring, a standard household electricity meters transformation project, an electric cars charging service, a civil and commercial interactive marketing service, the public Wi-Fi service and expands the extension and intension of power supply services.
