丽水市健康孕妇血清胱抑素C参考值范围的调查

摘要 目的调查我市孕妇血清胱抑素C(CysC)的参考值范围。方法选取848名健康孕妇为孕妇组,按孕周细分为早孕组、中孕组和晚孕组;选取同期健康非孕妇女228名为对照组。采用免疫比浊法检测血清CysC的浓度。结果早孕组、中孕组、晚孕组血清CysC浓度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。孕早期血清CysC浓度比非孕妇女略高,孕中晚期升高比较明显。孕妇妊娠期血清CysC水平与孕周呈正相关。各组血清CysC参考值范围分别为:对照组0.53~1.09mg/L,早孕组0.73~1.47mg/L,中孕组1.16~1.96mg/L,晚孕组1.66~2.64mg/L。结论我市孕妇血清CysC水平随孕周增加而逐渐升高,建立不同孕周孕妇CysC参考值范围对临床正确评价肾功能有重要意义。
