摘要
随着分子技术的不断进步,对微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)在肿瘤发生、发展机制中的研究已成为目前生命科学研究领域的新热点。miR-183基因簇(miR-183家族)是一个高度保守的基因簇,包括定位于7号染色体的miR-183、miR-182、miR-96。研究表明,多种肿瘤细胞中存在miR-183基因簇的异常表达。结合国内外最新报道,对关于miR-183家族成员的功能研究及其与人类某些肿瘤的相关性和在肿瘤中作用机制的研究进展进行综述。
With the development of molecular techniques, the research about the role of microRNA (miRNA) in tumor occurrence and development have became the new hot spot in bioscience field. MiR-183 gene cluster (miR-183 family) is a highly conservative gene cluster,which includes miR-183 ,miR-182 and miR-96 ,that located in 7 chromosome. Researches have shown that abnormal expression of miR-183 gene cluster can be found in variety of cancinomas. Based on the newest report at domestic and oversea, we review some recent literatures about the function of miR-183 family and the correlation between the miR-183 family and cancer.
