青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅰ类患者下颌骨生长量的性别差异 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨在青春发育高峰期中下颌骨的生长量是否存在性别差异,为今后下颌骨生长量的预测研究是否按性别分组提供依据。方法选择青春发育高峰期骨性Ⅰ类男性40名,女性30名。比较男女两组治疗前的下颌综合长、升支长和下颌体长是否存在差异。以及男女两组下颌综合长、升支长和下颌体长的增长量是否存在差异。结果经两独立样本t检验,男女两组下颌综合长、升支长和下颌体长的增长量具有显著性差异,男性大于女性。结论处于青春发育高峰期的骨性Ⅰ类患者,其下颌综合长、下颌升支长和下颌体长均已存在显著性性别差异。对青春发育高峰期患者下颌骨生长量的预测应按性别分组。 Objective To investigate the sexual dimorphism in the amount of mandibular growth among skeletal Class Ⅰ patients during adolescent growth spurt.Methods The subjects included 40 boys and 30 girls with skeletal Class Ⅰ who were during adolescent growth spurt.The overall mandibular length,the ramus length and the corpus length before orthodontic treatment and the mandibular incremental growth during orthodontic treatment between sexes were compared.Results Different mandibular growth between sexes was observed for skeletal Class Ⅰ patients during adolescent growth spurt.The male sample displayed greater increment in the overall mandibular length,the ramus length and the corpus length.Conclusion The mandibular growth prediction during adolescent growth spurt should be divided into two groups according to sex.
