低温胁迫下三角梅若干生化指标的变化 被引量:15

摘要 采用电导法测定紫花、橙红和斑叶三角梅叶片在低温胁迫下的电解质外渗率,配合Logistic方程拟合曲线,计算其低温半致死温度(LT50);通过观察3个品种三角梅越冬期间的冻害等级,测定叶片的丙二醛含量、保护酶(超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶)活性和可溶性蛋白质含量来研究其耐寒性的强弱.结果表明:紫花、橙红和斑叶三角梅叶片的LT50分别为-3.48、-2.99和-2.37℃;低温持续时间的延长会导致三角梅叶片的电解质外渗率升高;三角梅不同品种间耐寒性的差异与越冬期间的冻害等级、叶片丙二醛含量、保护酶活性和可溶性蛋白质含量相关;紫花三角梅的耐寒性高于其他两个品种. The leakage ratio of electrolyte of the purple, orange-red, leaf-variegated Bougainvillea spectabilis Willd leaves in differ- ent low temperature and semi-lethal temperature (LT50) were measured, and regression model was established by using Logistic equation. The cold resistance was studied by observing the grade of overwintering cold damage and measuring the content of malondialdehyde, activity of protective enzyme ( superoxide dismutase, peroxidase and catalase), content of soluble protein of three culti- vats of B. spectabilis. Results showed that the LTso of purple, orange-red, leaf-variegated B. spectabilis leaves were - 3.48, - 2.99 and -2.37 ℃ respectively. The leakage ratio of electrolyte of B. spectabilis leaves rose as time period of low temperature extended. The cold hardiness of three B. spectabilis cuhivars differed, which was related to the grades of freezing injury during wintering and content of malondialdehyde, activity of protective enzyme, content of soluble protein. It was concluded that cold resistance of purple B. spectabilis was highest among these cutivars.
