摘要
研究了液压油缸用高强钢采用小热输入情况下,600 MPa级焊材焊接的对接接头组织和性能。结果表明:焊接对接接头的拉伸强度、冲击性能和冷弯性能优良,C eq(20MnTiB)<C eq(45#),但20MnTiB淬硬倾向更大。高强钢焊接热影响区粗晶区组织较母材组织有所粗化,以低碳马氏体为主。当控制合理的热输入时,完全可以用于液压油缸的制造。
The welding butt joint performance of the high strength steel used in hydraulic cylinder was re- searched. The result shows that: with small heat input and 600 MPa grade weld metarial, the results of the tensile strength, impact value and cold bending property are good. Although the carbon equivalent of 20MnTiB is lower than that of 45# ,20MnTiB is more inclined to harden, and in HAZ, most of the struc- tures is the lower carbon martensite. With proper heat input ,20MnTiB can be used in manufacturing of the hydraulic cylinder.
