摘要
运用迈克尔·波特的钻石模型,对河北省物流产业的竞争力从生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持性产业、企业战略结构与竞争对手、机会和政府六个方面进行了分析,从培养专业人才、扩大物流需求、培育精品企业、加强区域经济合作及发挥政府作用四个方面阐述了提升河北省物流产业竞争力的对策。
In this paper, using the diamond model of Michael Port, we analyzed the competitivity of the logistics industry of Hebei on the aspects of production factor, demand condition, associate and supportive industries, enterprise strategic structure and opponent, opportunity and government and then from the perspectives of professional talent cultivation, logistics demand amplification, elite enterprise fostering and strengthening regional economic cooperation and wielding the function of the government, introduced the countermeasures to improve the competitivity of the industry of Hebei.
