摘要
根据重力热管工作原理,结合稠油开采工艺技术,对重力热管式油管的传热过程进行了分析,并根据传热平衡原理,对不同工作条件下重力热管式油管采油井进口出油温度和传热损失进行了理论计算。结果表明,重力热管式油管能够利用采油井下部稠油和地层所蕴含的地热能来加热采油井上部稠油,减少稠油流动过程中的散热损失,改善稠油流动性。
This paper analyzes the heat transfer process in gravity assisted heat pipe used as tubing based on its working principle and heavy oil production practices. Wellhead oil temperature and heat loss are calculated theoretically for different working conditions by using heat transfer theory. The results show that gravity assisted heat pipe can utilize the geothermal energy inherent in heavy oil and formation in the lower part of oil well to heat up heavy oil in the upper part of the well,to reduce heat loss in heavy oil flowing process and improve heavy oil fluidity.
