度洛西汀与西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症的对照研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的比较度洛西汀和西酞普兰对老年抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法将118例老年抑郁症患者随机分为度洛西汀组和西酞普兰组,分别给予度洛西汀和西酞普兰治疗,评定疗效和不良反应。结果度洛西汀组和西酞普兰组显效率分别为85.0和82.7%,二者疗效相仿。HAMD评分度洛西汀组治疗1周即显著下降,西酞普兰组治疗4周时显著下降。二者常见的不良反应均以便秘、食欲降低、恶心等胃肠道症状为主。结论度洛西汀是一种安全、有效的抗抑郁药物,适合用于老年抑郁症患者。
