摘要
通过专家咨询和调查研究,利用层次分析法构建了大学生综合素质测评体系,得出各评价指标权重,运用模糊综合评价法具体构建大学生综合素质测评模型。研究表明,该模型测评内容符合时代要求,权重的分配更具科学性,测评结果可以为学校推优和学生求职择业提供可靠依据。
Through expert consultation and investigation,this paper constructs the evaluation system of college students' comprehensive qualities using AHP and obtains the weights of evaluation indexes.And college students' comprehensive quality evaluation model is also established by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.According to the research,the evaluation content of the model accords with the requirements of the times and the distribution of the weight is more scientific.The results of evaluation can provide reliable basis for schools recommending excellent students and students hunting jobs.
