摘要
目的探讨需要层次理论对白内障手术患者围术期焦虑的影响。方法选取100例白内障患者随机分为实验组和对照组各50例,对照组给予眼科常规护理,实验组在眼科常规护理基础上应用需要层理理论进行护理,2组患者分别于手术前和手术后填写焦虑自评量表,比较2组患者焦虑状况的变化以及对护理的满意度。结果应用需要层次理论护理后,实验组手术前后SAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组手术前后SAS评分差异无统计学意义;实验组对护理的满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用需要层次理论进行护理,有利于减轻患者焦虑情绪,从而有利于患者顺利接受手术并促进术后康复。
Objective To explore the influence of Maslow hierarchy needs theory on peri- operative anxiety of patients with cataract operation. Methods 100 cataract patients were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The con- trol group was conducted with conventional nursing, while the experimental group was conducted with Maslow hierarchy needs theory on the basis of the control group. Patients in both groups were asked to complete the self- rating anxiety scale before and after operation, and the anxiety status and satisfactory degree toward nursing were compared between two groups. Results After the ap- plication of Maslow hierarchy needs theory, there was significant difference of SAS score before and after operation in the experimental group （P ~ 0.05）, and the satisfactory degree toward nursing in the experimental group was significant better than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Application of Maslow hierarchy needs theory in the nursing o{ patients with cataract operation can alleviate the anxiety emotion, improve the compliance of operation and promote the postopera- tive rehabilitation of patients.
