摘要
最近几十年来,企业和员工之间关系的性质发生了很大变化,现代员工关系的概念正在取代传统的劳资关系概念,企业和员工之间的关系已经从冲突型劳资关系逐渐转变为以合作和共赢为基础的组织内部关系,员工关系正在朝着灵活性和个性化的方向发展。国际员工关系的这种发展趋势对我国的启示在于,一方面应加强政府和法律在员工关系调节方面的作用,另一方面企业应重视员工关系管理,努力建立和谐且灵活的员工关系。
The nature of the relations between enterprises and employees has changed in recent decade. The concept of modern employee relations has taken the place of traditional labor and industrial relations. The conflict--natured labor relations have been abandoned and the inter--organizational employee relations with cooperation and win--win characteristics have been established. The employee relations will become more flexible and individualized in future. This trend of in- ternational employee relations tells us that China should focus on strengthening the role of government and legal sys- tem in adjustment of employee relations in China, and the enterprises should pay much attention to employee relation- ship management, and try to establish harmonized and flexible employee relationship.
