摘要
定性研究方法是公共管理研究的重要方法。本文在简单文献荟萃分析的基础上,通过比较与整合,对定性研究的定义及特征、应用条件、研究设计、方法类型、操作步骤、质量评价和伦理等重要问题做了简要的归纳研究,构建了公共管理定性研究的基本路径,供研究者学习参考,以推动我国公共管理研究的规范化和科学化。文章最后讨论了基本路径使用应注意的几个问题。
Qualitative research is an important method for public administration studies. Based on a simple meta--analysis on the existing literature, the article briefly summarizes the definition of qualitative research and its characteristics, applica- tion conditions, research design processes, major types of concrete methods, operative steps, quality evaluation, and research ethics, and then constructs a concise roadmap for public administration qualitative research, as a reference for public administration researches and students, in order to promote the standardization, validity, and quality of Chinese studies on public administration and management. Finally, the study discusses several issues for using the concise roadmap.
