摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗骨盆骨折的临床效果。方法选取2010年2月-2012年2月本院收治的30例骨盆骨折患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各15例。对照组采用西医治疗，观察组采用中西医结合治疗，随访1年，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组的优良率为73．3％，观察组的优良率为93．3％，观察组的优良率高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗能够明显改善骨盆骨折患者的临床症状，提高治疗效果，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treating pelvic fracture. Methods 30 cases with 30 cases were selected from February 2010 to February 2012 in our hospital and they were divided into the control group （n=15） and the observation group（n=15）.Patients in the control group were treated by Western medicine while them of the observation group were treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,patients were followed-up for one year,the treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results The excellent rate of the control group was 73.3%,and that of the observation group was 93.3%,the excellent rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Treating pelvic fracture with inte- grated traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
