摘要
心肾综合征(cardiorenal syndrome,CRS)是慢性心脏衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)和肾脏衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)发展的终末期阶段。然而,心肾交互损伤的确切启动机制尚未明确。目前尚未有合适的动物模型能够高度模拟临床CRS(心肾共损程度适宜),该文对心肾共损动物模型进行归纳,并结合肾素原(受体)-肾素-血管紧张素系统的变化特点予以综述,为心肾综合征的药物研究提供动物实验方法参考。
The incidence of heart failure and renal failure is increasing and is associated with poor prognosis. These conditions do often coexist and this coexistence results in cardiorenal syndrome. However, the exact mechanisms initializing and maintaining this interaction are still unknown. There is a need for new and better models of the cardiorenal interaction to improve our understanding of this syndrome.
