摘要
大学教学促进机构的兴起与发展体现了教学质量保障价值观从外部评估到内部支持的转向。麻省理工学院教学促进系统的组织机构分散设立、协同运作,具有清晰的使命与目标、明确的功能定位和专业化的人员队伍。该系统在教学理念、教学研究、课程与教学支持、教师教学发展、教学评价和教育技术应用等六个方面积累了成功的运行经验。我国研究型大学的教学促进工作可借鉴国外大学的成功经验,在教学观念、机构建设、实践策略和政策制度等四个层面加快本土化的发展。
The emergence and development of the institution of university teaching promotion reflects the shifts of the teaching quality guarantee values from an external evaluation to the internal supporting. The organization structure of Massachusetts Institute of Technology's teaching promoting system, with collaborative operation, has clear mission and goals, function orientation and specialized team. The system has accumulated successful operating experience in teaching idea, research for teaching, curriculum and teaching supporting, faculty teaching development, teaching evaluation and application of educational technology. China's research- based universities should draw on the experiences of organization construction, practical strategies and policy promoting system. foreign universities in respect of teaching concepts, system to speed up the development of the teaching
