摘要 采用野外观测和室内培养相结合的方法,研究了茂名大竹洲岛莫氏马尾藻的繁殖生物学,包括繁殖盛期、卵的成熟与排放、受精卵的发育、假根的生长以及幼孢子体的前期发育.结果表明:大竹洲岛莫氏马尾藻繁殖期为4-6月,5月为繁殖盛期.莫氏马尾藻的卵子发育属8核1卵型,卵子受精后约24 h开始脱离生殖托,受精卵连续进行2次横分裂,再由一端的1个细胞发育成假根,另外2个发育成体细胞.幼孢子体在1.5~2.0 mm时开始形成分枝突起,36 h后假根长度超过幼孢子体本身的长度. This paper took method which combines the field observation and indoor culture to research the biology of reproduction of Sargassum maclurei in Zhuzhou island,include the main reproduction season,mature and release of ova, development of the fertilized zygotes,growth of rhizoids and early development of juvenile sporophyte. It was found that the Sargassum maclurei produced mainly from April to June,May was the peak period of reproductive. The ovum development of Sargassum maclurei belongs to 8-nucle-i,the zygote began disengaged from receptacle approximately 24 h after fertilization. After taking transverse division twice,one terminal cell developed into rhizoid and the two others developed into the juvenile sporphytes. The juveniles started growing new branch when they reached nearly 1.5-2.0 mm in length, then the length of rhizoid would longer than the juvenile sporophyte itself after 36 h.
