摘要 目的研究五味消毒饮对痤疮的治疗作用,为五味消毒饮的应用提供实验依据。方法分别建立煤焦油致兔痤疮模型和丙酸杆菌致大鼠耳郭痤疮炎症模型,设正常对照组、模型组、清热暗疮片组、五味消毒饮低、中、高剂量组,观察兔耳痤疮形成强度及反应强度,计算鼠耳郭肿胀率。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组家兔耳痤疮形成强度、耳痤疮反应强度明显增加(P均〈0.01)。与模型组家兔的耳痤疮形成强度、耳痤疮反应强度比较,清热暗疮片组和高剂量组均明显下降(P〈0.01或0.05)。五味消毒饮中剂量组仅耳痤疮反应强度与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。五味消毒饮低剂量组兔耳痤疮形成强度和反应强度与模型组比较均未见明显改善(P均〉0.05)。兔耳组织病理学观察结果表明五味消毒饮给药后对煤焦油引起的兔耳实验性痤疮形成有较好的抑制作用。与空白对照组相比,模型纽造模后1~5d耳郭肿胀度均明显增大(P均〈0.01)。与模型组比较,清热暗疮片组及五味消毒饮高剂量组在造模后1~5d均能明显降低大鼠耳郭肿胀度(P〈0.05或0.01)。中剂量组在造模后1d能明显降低大鼠耳郭肿胀度(P〈0.05),低剂量组在造模后1~5d对大鼠耳郭肿胀度均未见明显影响(P均〉0.05)。结论五味消毒饮能明显降低兔耳痤疮形成强度、耳痤疮反应强度,且能降低丙酸杆菌所致的大鼠耳郭肿胀度,具有明显的抗痤疮作用。 Objective To study on the effect of wu wei xiao du ying (WWXDY) in the treatment of acne and its clinical utilization. Methods The rabbit acne model induced by coal tar and acne inflammation model of rats auricle induced by propionibacterium were established. Control group, model group, qi ten an chuang plan (QRACP) group, low dose group of WWXDY, middle dose group of WWXDY and high dose group of WWXDY were set up. The rate of reaction and formation of rabbits auricle acne were observed and the degree of swelling of rats auricle was calculated. Results Compared with normal control group, the formation strengthand reaction intensity of rabbit ear acne in model group was significantly increased (P 〈 0.01 ). How- ever, compared with model group, formation strengthand reaction intensity of rabbit ear acne in QRACP group and WWXDY high dose group were significantly decreased (P 〈0. 01 or 0. 05). WWXDY middle dose group only showed more ear acne intensity of reaction than that in the model group, the difference was statistically sig- nificant ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Ear acne formation strength and intensity of reaction in low dose group showed no signifi- cant improvement ( P 〉 0. 05 ) compared with the model group. The histopathology results showed that WWX- DY can significantly inhibited the ear acne of coal tar experimental rabbit after administration. Compared with the control group, model group auricular swelling was significantly higher after 1 - 5 d (P 〈 0. 01 ). Com- pared with the model group, rat auricular swelling in QRACP group and WWXDY high dose group could signif- icantly reduce after modeling 1 - 5 d ( P 〈 0. 05 or 0. 01 ). In WWXDY middle dose group, rat auricular swelling can significantly reduce after modeling 1 d ( P 〈 0. 05 ). In WWXDY low dose group, auricle swelling in rats showed no significant effect after modeling 1 - 5 d ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions The rate of reaction and formation of rabbits auricle acne is decreased by WWXDY, which also can decreased degree of swelling of rats auricle. WWXDY have strong effect on anti-acne.
