子痫前期孕妇的血脂代谢和尿蛋白的关系及其意义——附42例报告 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血脂代谢和尿蛋白在子痫前期疾病中的关系及其意义。方法选择妊娠晚期的41例子痫前期孕妇和36名健康孕妇为研究对象,检测其血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇、LDL-C、HDL-C和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)以及尿蛋白定量,分析血脂代谢与蛋白尿严重程度间的关系。结果尿蛋白重度升高的子痫前期孕妇的VLDL-C和甘油三脂水平均明显高于正常对照组(P均<0.01)。且子痫前期孕妇的VLDL-C和甘油三酯水平均与尿蛋白水平呈正相关。结论子痫前期重度蛋白尿患者体内可能存在脂代谢异常,应加强对该类患者血脂代谢情况的监测。 Objective To evaluate the relationship of blood lipid metabolism and proteinuria among preeclampsia patients. Methods Forty-one pregnant women with preeclampsia and 36 healthy pregnant women in the third trimester of pregnancy as control were enrolled. Serum levels of triglycerides, total cholesterol, low- density lipoproteins ( LDL), high-density lipoproteins (HDL) and very low density lipoproteins (VLDL-C) were determined and compared with 24 hours urine protein of all patients. Results The VLDL-C and triglycer- ide values of pregnant women with preeclampsia were significantly higher than those of the healthy pregnant women. There was a positive correlation between increased proteinuria, higher VLDL and triglyceride levels in patients with preeclampsia. Conclusion Among patients with preeclampsia, higher VLDL and triglyceride levels were positively correlated with proteinuria.
