摘要
结合电脑花样机的工艺特点,采用面向对象技术,在嵌入式系统下开发了电脑花样机的控制系统。在提出的硬件和软件系统下,上位机系统着重分析了电脑花样机的数据结构特点,及基于该数据结构下的轻量型CAD/CAM系统的体系。下位机则描述部分工艺控制上流程,给出了高速运行下实时运行的通讯解决方案。论述的电脑花样机能在高速下保持良好的稳定性。
With the object-oriented method,a control system of computer pattern-sewing machine is researched under embedded system based on the process characteristics. The data structure is discussed, and the lightweight CAD/CAM system of the upper computer is described on it under the given hardware and software architecture. At the same time,the thread-cutting process control flow of the lower computer and the engineering solution about communication under high speed are demonstrated. The computer pattern-sewing machine could keep good stability in high speed.
