摘要
在研究信息技术服务标准(ITSS)对实施IT服务建议划分阶段的基础上,结合软件测评咨询的特点,提出了软件测评咨询服务的总体实施流程,将该流程与ITSS划分的IT服务实施阶段进行了对比,并具体地描述了该流程各阶段的实施要点和实施内容。
On the basis of researching divided stage that ITSS recommends for IT service implementation, combining with the characteristics of software testing and evaluating consultation, an overall implementation process is proposed. Process and stage are compared. Key points and content of all stages of the process are introduced specifically.
