摘要
HPLC测定啤酒中微量甲醛方法是将甲醛用水蒸馏后用 0 .2 % 2 .4 二硝基苯肼吸收 ,氯仿提取 ,HPLC测定 ,根据Rt定性、峰高定量 .此法效果好 ,灵敏度高 ,准确性高 .
The procedure of determining micro quantity formaldehyde in beer by HPLC involves distilling formaldehyde from the beer sample firstly, then being absorbed by 2,4 dinitrophenylhydrazone, extracted by chloroform,and finally measured through HPLC. The study shows that this method is accurate and sensitive with the detection limit ranging from 0.0125 μg to 0.10μg.
