摘要
目的观察采用两种不同方法建立的急性大鼠后肢动脉缺血动物模型的DSA表现。方法雌性SD大鼠60只,采用随机数字表分为A、B组,每组30只。A组结扎离断右侧股动脉,B组结扎离断右侧髂总动脉,建立急性大鼠后肢动脉缺血模型。结果术后4周,A组4只大鼠右侧股动脉远端完全未见显影,模型复制成功率14.81%(4/27);14只可见少量至中等量侧支循环建立;9只可见大量侧支循环建立和开放。B组3只大鼠右侧髂总动脉结扎离断远端血管未显影,模型复制成功率12.00%(3/25);10只可见少量侧支至中等量侧支循环建立;12只可见大量侧支循环建立和开放。两组大鼠模型复制成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用DSA可清晰、准确地了解大鼠后肢动脉缺血模型循环建立开放的情况。结扎单侧股动脉及髂总动脉均可建立后肢动脉缺血大鼠模型。
Objective To observe DSA manifestations of acute rat model of arterial hindlimb ischemia established with two different methods. Methods Sixty female SD rats were randomly divided into two groups (each n = 30). The right femoral artery was ligated in group A, and the right common iliac artery was blocked in group B, in order to establish acute lower limb ischemia models. Results After 4 weeks, in group A, femoral arteries were completely obstructed in 4 rats (4/ 27, 14.81%), while a large amount of collateral circulations were established in 9 animals, and some collateral circulations were visible in 14 rats. In group B, distal part of common iliac artery was completely blocked in 3 animals (3/25, 12. 00%), some collateral circulations were seen in 10 rats, while a large amount of collateral circulations and recanalization were observed in remaining 12 animals. The successful rates of modeling in two groups had no statistical difference (P〉 0. 05). Conclusion DSA can clearly show collateral circulations and recanalization in SD rat arterial hindlimb ischemia models. Blocking of unilateral femoral artery and iliac artery is both feasible in SD rat arterial hindlimb ischemia modelling.
