摘要
对飞机用TC18钛合金锻件进行了激光修复及组织性能研究,研究结果表明,激光修复试件显微组织比锻显微组织更细小,修复试件拉伸性能与锻件基材相当,但冲击韧性低于锻件标准,断裂韧度、疲劳裂纹扩展速率等损失容限性能与同样条件下锻件相当。
In this paper, TC18 titanium alloy forging was repaired by Laser Forming Repair (LFR) ,and the mierostructure and mechanical properties were investigated, the results show that laser repaired specimen microstructure is smaller than forging matrix, tensile properties reached the forging matrix and fractures were observed on forging matrix during tensile test, rupture toughness and fatigue crack is equal to forging matrix, but the impact toughness is lower than the forging standard.
