摘要
自古以来,人性善恶的争论一直没有停歇,而荀子"性本恶"的思想多被后世所误解与排斥。但以另一个视角,便会发现仅仅抓住"性恶"而忽视其最后的"起伪"是不公正的。当历史进入工业管理文明大门后,"性恶论"和"化性起伪"的现实性与科学性便逐渐为人们所重视。尤其在"化性起伪"的过程中,"礼义教化","隆礼重法","尚贤使能""明分使群"等思想表现出的普适性原则对现代企业管理具有现实的指导意义。
Since ancient time, the debate on the human nature has never ended. However, Xunzi' philosophy has always been misunderstood and rejected due to the unjust fact that later generations focus on the doctrine of evil human nature stubbornly by ignoring its well - founded part, which is morality cultivation through conscious exertion. When the history is considered as reference for business management, practical merits from the doctrine of evil human nature and morality cultivation have been admitted by people. Universally accepted principles that the concept has embodied, like obedience of law, ritual cultivation, respect for the worthy man and native collectivism, provide the meaningful and practical guidance to modern enterprises.
