摘要
针对流动频繁、角色定位不明、储备不足等学科馆员队伍建设的现状,以及未来数字化学科服务的发展方向,从人力资源战略角度提出建设学科馆员队伍的基本思路。从建设定位、组织设计与作业设计等方面战略性规划队伍;制定长期培养计划、建立例行化培养制度、组织互评式服务评估等建立学习型组织,优化人才成长与培养环境;动态化管理队伍成员的数量和质量。
According to the future development of digital subject service and the existing problems in current construction of subject librarian, such as frequent staff turnover, unclearly defined role, poor talent reserve, etc. , this paper brings forward the basic ideas for the subject librarian construction in a strategic view of human resources: making strategic plan by role orien tation, organization design and operation design; creating learning organization by making long-tern1 training plan, setting up the routine training system, organizing peer review service, aiming to optimize the environment for talent growth and training, and to manage their quantity and quality dynamically
