摘要
针对液压支架护帮装置结构件经常出现损坏,且损坏位置大体相同等问题,从护帮结构、焊缝形式及焊接效果入手,应用Inventor建立了护帮及连杆三维模型。对于焊接装置所受的应力大小不仅与焊接工艺有关,而且还与装置的结构尺寸有关。为了减小焊接装置的工作应力,运用ANSYS Workbench工作环境,以护帮装置的结构尺寸为输入参数、最大应力为输出参数,通过优化护帮装置的结构尺寸来减小其工作时所受的最大应力。经过优化计算,得到护帮装置主要参数的优化值,优化后护帮装置所受的应力明显减小。

Through optimization simulation, getting the main parameters of holding streel, stress of holding streel are obviously reduce before optimization.
