摘要
采用虚拟样机技术对掘进机的截割系统进行振动仿真,获得掘进机在频率为20 Hz、29 Hz、120 Hz、134 Hz时容易产生共振。因此掘进机在实际使用中,应尽量避免出现这些频率的截割负载,以保证掘进机工作的平稳性。
Vibration simulation analysis of cutting system based on virtual prototype technology in this thesis, the results show that it easily leads to resonance of longitudinal axial roadheader when natural frequency are 20 Hz,29 Hz,120 Hz,134 Hz. To ensure the stability of longitudinal axial roadheader, which should try to avoid the frequency of cutting load.
