辛硫磷与阿维菌素对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂的混配增效作用 被引量:2

Synergistic Effects of Phoxim and Abamectin on Leptocybe invasa

摘要 [目的]研究不同作用机制的杀虫剂混配对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂增效作用。[方法]采用玻管药膜法测定辛硫磷与阿维菌素混用对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂成虫的生物活性,研究2种药剂的联合增效作用。[结果]辛硫磷与阿维菌素对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂具有一定的生物活性,并以有效成分7∶1混配,表现增效作用,共毒系数为220.38,对幼虫、蛹和成虫的校正死亡率分别为76.47%、66.67%和64.00%,优于单剂单独使用。[结论]辛硫磷与阿维菌素混用对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂有增效作用,其中以有效成分7∶1混配增效作用最好。 [Aims] The study aims to study the synergistic effects of pesticides with different mechanism on Leptocybe invasa. [Methods] The bio-activity and synergistic effects of phoxim and abamectin on L. invasa were studied use tube membrane method. [Results] Abamectin and phoxim showed some activities on L, invasa and synergism was shown when phoxim mixed with abamectin in 7 : l(a.i.), the CTC were 220.38, the correct mortality to larva, pupa and adult were 76.47, 66.67 and 64.00%, respectively, higher than that of these pesticides used alone. [Conclusions] The combination ofphoxim and abamectin showed synergistic effects on L. invasa, and the best effect was shown in 7 : l(a.i.).
