Performance comparison on two kinds of low color temperature white LEDs

摘要 使用不同方法获得了低色温白光LED DR-LED(Direct Red LED)与FP-LED(Full Phosphor LED),它们具有相同的封装结构。分别测量了它们的光谱、光通量等光电参数,并对它们在光电性能、温度特性和光品质等方面做了比较研究。研究结果表明在相同输入功率下,DR-LED的发光效率要高于FP-LED,但DR-LED的发光效率随温度升高下降较快;在光品质方面,DR-LED具有比FP-LED更好的显色性,但是其空间色度均匀性较差并且更容易产生颜色漂移,而FP-LED具有较好的空间色度均匀性且发光颜色较稳定。 Two kinds of low color temperature white LEDs (DR LED and FP-LED) were got, which had same package structure. Photo-electricity parameters such as spectrum, luminous flux and so on were measured, and their photoelectric properties, temperature characteristics and color quality were compared. The results show that DR-LED has higher luminous efficiency than that of FP-LED, but the efficiency drops faster with temperature rise. As to the color quality, DR-LED has better color rendering than that of FP-LED, but its spatial color uniformity is poor and easier to produce color drift, FP-LED has better spatial color uniformity and light color stability.
