摘要
以间苯二胺(MPD)和均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为原料,通过相转移催化剂(PTC)在聚砜底膜上以界面聚合法制备了聚酰胺海水淡化反渗透膜。考察了有机相中TMC浓度、后处理温度、接触反应时间、相转移催化剂、有机相溶剂等条件对聚酰胺海水淡化反渗透膜性能的影响。结果表明,通过控制工艺条件可以制备出高性能的聚酰胺海水淡化反渗透膜,以32 g/L NaCl水溶液为原水,在25℃、5.52 MPa的压力下测得的其脱盐率为99.6%,水通量为34 L/(m2·h)。
Polyamide reverse osmosis desalination membrane was prepared through surface reaction with m-phenylene diamine (MPD) and trimesoyl chloride (TMC) by using PTC as a catalyst. The effect of TMC content, post-treating temperature, raction time, PTC content, organic solvent on the properties ofpolyamide reverse osmosis membrane were investigated. Under the optimized technological conditions, the high-performance polyamide desalination reverse osmosis membrane could be prepared. With 32 g/L NaCl aqueous solution as raw water, at 25 ℃, 5.52 MPa, the salt rejection and water flux ofpolyamide reverse osmosis membrane was 99.6% and 34 L/(m2.h) respectively.
