不同条件下带渣酶解低聚木糖的收率研究

摘要 本文以玉米芯为原料,在抽提水溶性低聚木糖时加入酶。通过对原料的酶解,利用高效液相色谱分析得出:随着加酶量的增加,从原料中抽提的水溶性低聚木糖含量增加;随着加酶酶解时间的增加,从原料中抽提的水溶性低聚木糖含量增加。 The study is using xylanase to enzymic hydrolysis corncob for preparating xylo-oligosacchafide'. High performance liquid chromatography analysis shows that: With the increase of enzyme, xylo- oligosaccharide content increased .With the increase of time, xylo- oligosacchafide content increased .
