摘要
试验研究了无缝气瓶用 34Mn2V钢经亚温正火和不同温度正火后的力学性能。试验表明 ,利用适宜的亚温正火可显著提高 34Mn2V钢在 - 5 0℃下的冲击韧度 ,通过显微组织观察 ,分析了亚温正火后组织变化 ,特别是晶粒细化、铁素体量增加。
The processes of intercritical normalizing and different temperature normalizing had been studied in order to increase the low temperature toughness of 34Mn2V steel used for seamless cylinder.The toughness at -50℃ of 34Mn2V steel after proper intercritical normalizing was increased obviously.The microstructure observed after intercritical normalizing and different temperature normalizing showed that the grain is fined,the amount of ferrite are increased and the form of VC(V 4C 3) changed have some effects to increasing the low temperature toughness of the steel.
