摘要
Coca Codo Sinclair水电站的沉沙池结构复杂、特殊,工作流量比较大.基于此,应用大型通用结构分析软件ANSYS对无拉杆和有拉杆两种池箱结构方案进行三维有限元分析,对不同结构的应力和配筋量进行比较.结果表明:设置拉杆可有效地减小沉沙池边墙及斜坡板的悬臂效应,改善结构的整体受力状态;通过对有拉杆方案的计算分析得知,在池箱两边墙的外侧、排沙孔周、中墙底部及拉杆部位均出现较大的拉应力,这些部位是沉沙池结构的薄弱部位,应在设计中充分考虑并进行处理.
Desilting basin of Coca Codo Sinclair hydropower station has a characteristic of complex and special structure, relatively large work flow. In this paper, the structure of grit chamber with and without draw bar of structure is analyzed by 3D finite element ac- cording to relevant standards. By comparison of different stresses and reinforcement quantity, it is found the draw bar can decrease the cantilever effect of sidewall and slope board, improve the whole stress state. By the calculation and analysis of with-draw-bar scheme, the fairly big tensile stress is located at the outside of sidewall, around the sediment flushing outlet, at the bottom of mid-wall and draw bar, which are all the vulnerable parts of the grit chamber and should be fully considered and processed in design. This can provide a reference for structural design of desilting basin.
