基于UG的人力驱动型家用健身洗碗机的设计

摘要 为实现人力驱动家用健身洗碗机的设计,建立了人力驱动模拟函数,并借助UG/motion动力学仿真技术,对人力驱动条件下的洗碗机齿轮传动机构进行了动力特征分析.研究结果表明:在人力稳定与不稳定2种状况下,齿轮传动可以有效地传递人力输入,并且传动基本平稳.说明人力驱动作为家用健身洗碗机的动力方案可行. In order to design the human-driven fitness household dishwasher, a human-driving simulation function is established. And with the UG/motion dynamics simulation technology, the dynamic characteristics of the gear transmission mechanism in the human power are analyzed. The results prove that in the stability and instability conditions, gear transmission can transfer human input effectively and keep drive stable basically. This shows human-driven as a power solution of home fitness dishwasher is feasible.
