摘要
利用二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)的邻位和对位的异氰酸基团与蒙脱土(MMT)的表面羟基发生修饰反应和层间的离子进行置换得到改性蒙脱土,将改性的蒙脱土与PET单体通过原位聚合的方法制备PET/MMT纳米复合材料。通过红外(FT-IR),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和热重(TG)分析了MDI改性的MMT并得到了最优配比,用XRD研究了蒙脱土在PET/MMT纳米复合材料中的分散状态;通过热失重仪(TGA)研究了PET/MMT纳米复合材料的热稳定性能。结果表明,MDI改性MMT不但增加了MMT与PET的相容性,而且提高PET的阻隔性。
In this paper, ill order to get organic montmorillonite, MDI' s Ortho and pm'a isocyanate groups with montmodllonite ( MMT ) surface hydroxyl groups of tile modification reaction was used to modified montmorilhmite. Then the modified MMT was used I.o get New-PET by situ polymerizalion. So montmorillonite modified by MI)I can be better dispersed in the PET matrix. Chemical bond may be formed between the substrate and montmorillonite mid consistent performance may be greatly enhanced between the matrix properties through the-NCO group. Through the FT-IR, X-ray diffraction ( XRD ), thermogravimetry ( TG ), thermal stability, crystallization and stale and surface morphology. Then the PET and NEW-PET performance comparison, conclusion. The restdts showed that the MDI modified PET / MMT nanocomposites not only increases the compatibility of MMT and PET but also improve the barrier properties of PET.
