摘要
随着全球金融市场的发展,资本市场在促进一国经济发展和提升一国竞争实力方面发挥愈来愈重要的作用。在参考国外先进经验和立足国内经济快速发展的基础上,我国已初步建立了自己的多层次资本市场体系,但还有许多不完善的地方。健全、完善、发展好我国的多层次资本市场是一项重要而紧迫的任务。
With the development of global financial market, Capital market is playing an increasingly important role in promoting the economic development of a country and enhancing the competitive strength of a country. On the basis of advanced foreign experience and the rapid development of the domestic economy, China has initially established a multi-level capital market system, but it has some problems. Perfecting the multi-level capital market is an important and urgent task for us.
