摘要
目的在大学二年级护生中应用中文版死亡焦虑量表,根据临终关怀课程前后得分变化分析量表的性能,并为死亡教育的改进提供参考。方法采用中文版五级死亡焦虑量表对102名选修临终关怀课程的大学二年级本科生在开课前和课程后进行测量。结果五级死亡焦虑量表内部一致性系数Cronbach′sα为0.762;去除任一项,剩余条目组成的量表Cronbach′sα均稳定在0.733~0.770;课程前后量表总分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但条目1、13、15前后得分有统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论五级死亡焦虑量表在大学生群体中应用性能较好;护生的死亡焦虑受到临终关怀课程的影响,但总体正性影响较小,提示应进一步深化死亡教育,相关课程的学时和内容可适当增加和调整。
Objective To apply the Chinese version of Templer-Death Anxiety Scale (CT-DAS) to second-year nursing students, to analyze the scores measured before and after they take the course of hospice care, and to provide references for improvement in death education. Methods Totally, 102 second year nursing students who chose to take the course o{ hospice care were surveyed be fore the course was opened and after the course ended with CT-DAS. Results The Cronbach's a coefficient of the CT DAS was 0. 762, and the Cronbachts a coefficients were maintained between 0. 733 and 0. 770 if any item of the scale was deleted. The be fore-and-after scores of the total scale had no significant difference (P〉0.05). However the before-and-after scores of the 1st, lgth, and 15th items presented significant differences (P〈0.05, P〈0.01). Conclusion The CT-DAS rated on a 5-point Likert scale enjoys good applicability in college nursing students. Students death anxiety could be associated with the course of hospice care, which, ho-wever, exerts only a little positive effect on students. Therefore, death education for students should be deepened, and the hours and contents of related courses should be adjusted.
