摘要
针对真空断路器弹簧操动机构生产组装过程中,由于人工操作依赖人员的经验、主观判断和人眼的视觉等不利因素,提出一种断路器操动机构部件组装质量监测装置。该装置通过提取和加工组装部件的图像,并利用核心图像处理算法对设备的安装孔和轴的定位信息进行加工。同轴度和平行度的判断由专用硬件单元及其算法程序实现,避免对操作人员经验和主观判断的依赖,可靠性高,能及时发现装配精度和装配质量缺陷,避免返工,提高生产效率。
The vacuum clrcuit breakers actuator assembly process is dependent on the experience of operation staff, a quality monitoring device is designed. The device deals with the location information of holes and axis based on image extraction and assembly process of the parts. The judgment and analysis of parallelism and coaxial information are fulfilled by dedicated hardware unit and algorithm routine, which can avoid the depending of experience and subjective judgment of operators, and which have high reliability, can find assembly precision and quality problems, avoid rework and improve production efficiency.
