摘要
目的:对应用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术对患有结直肠癌的患者实施治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法:抽取86例患有结直肠癌的患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各43例。对照组采用常规开放手术方式治疗;治疗组采用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗。结果:治疗组患者结直肠癌治疗效果明显优于对照组;术后消化功能复常时间、术后下床活动时间、术后住院治疗时间、术中手术操作时间明显短于对照组;手术过程中出血量明显低于对照组;术后出现不良反应和应用止痛药物治疗的人数明显少于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术对患有结直肠癌的患者实施治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective： To study the application of laparoscopic resection of coloreetal cancer clinical treatment effects for patients with colorectai cancer.Method： Eighty-six patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, 43 cases in each group.The control g^up was treated with conventional open surgery treatment.The treatment group was treated with laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical. Result： The treatment group in patients with colon cancer treatment effect was better than that of the control group; postoperative function recovery time, postoperative ambulation time, postoperative hospitalization time, intraoperative surgical .operation time were shorter than the control group; the amount of bleeding during operation was significantly lower than that of the control group; the number of postoperative adverse reaction and application of pain drug treatment were significantly lower than the control group, there were statistically significant differences between the groups.Conclusion： Laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery on the implementation of the treatment of patients suffering from colorectal cancer clinical effect is very obvious.
