摘要 针对目前汽车警示喇叭生产中,壳体深度测量装置效率低,精确度差以及难于与自动生产线紧密配合的实际问题,设计了基于PLC、HMI和数显装置于一身的汽车警示喇叭壳体深度测量系统.详述了该系统的硬件构成,软件程序设计,硬件间通讯实现及人机交互界面设计.经应用实践证实,汽车警示喇叭壳体深度测量系统运行可靠,可提高测量效率40%以上,测量精确度的准确率达到99.8%,完全满足了在自动生产线上生产汽车警示喇叭对壳体深度测量的要求. Because the housing depth measurement device used in current automobile horn production has lots of defects such as low efficiency, low precision and difficulty to fit with automatic production line, a new depth measurement system is designed, which integrated the PLC, HMI and digital display unit. This paper gives a detail description to this system about the hardware constitution, software programming, realization of communication be- tween hardware and HMI design. In practice, it is proved that this depth measurement system is reliable in opera- tion. It can improve the measurement efficiency by more than 40% and its measurement accuracy can reach 99. 8%. This system completely fulfills the requirement of housing depth measurement in production of automobile horn on automatic production line.
