摘要 随着深海油气田的开发,水下生产系统将得到越来越广泛的应用。水下生产系统清管方案作为水下生产系统设计的重要组成部分,在设计初期就应充分论证,以确保油气田安全、经济开发。介绍了国外水下生产系统典型的清管方案(包括双海管环路清管方案;单海管水下发球、水上收球方案;单海管水下发、收球方案),总结分析了各清管方案的应用情况,从初始投资、推动清管球的动力、流动安全、收发球作业等方面,对各清管方案的优缺点进行了探讨,提出了水下生产系统清管方案制定建议,对采用水下生产系统进行油气田开发的工程项目具有一定的参考意义。 With the development of deepwater oil and gas field, the subsea production system will be used more and more widely. Subsea cleaning scheme, as an important part of the subsea production system, should be fully demonstrated in the early stages of design so as to ensure the safety of oilfield and the economy of development. Typical cleaning plan of subsea production system was introduced in this article, including dual pipeline loop cleaning plan, subsea launching and surface receiving cleaning plan, subsea launching and receiving pig plan. The application of the cleaning plan was summarized and analyzed. From aspects of initial investment, driving power, flow assurance, cleaning operation, the advantages and disadvantages of each cleaning solution were discussed. Then, the establishment of subsea production system cleaning plan was proposed, which is meaningful for the development of oil and gas field.
