摘要
目的:比较两种不同的供应室灭菌物品包装材料的有效期及成本的差异。方法:分别采用一次性无纺布和全棉布进行包装,对灭菌物品采用A、B、C、D 4种包装方式进行包装,其中A组采用双层棉布、B组采用1层无纺布+1层双层棉布,C组采用2层无纺布,D组采用1层无纺布包装。高压灭菌后存放在供应室的库房,对包装后的灭菌产品每两周送检1次,1年内监测其有效期。结果:A组的有效期为8周,B组的有效期为26周,C组的有效期为52周,D组的有效期为20周,有效期长短排列顺序为C组>B组>D组>A组。A组的成本为5.6元·次-1,B组成本为4.0元·次-1,C组成本为2.4元·次-1,D组成本为1.2元·次-1,其成本大小顺序为A组>B组>C组>D组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:采用双层一次性无纺布对供应室的灭菌物品进行包装的物品有效期长,成本相对较低,不仅加强了对物品有效期的管理,节省了医疗成本,亦有效控制了院内感染,值得推广应用。
Objective: To compare the differences of effective date and cost between two different packaging material in supply rooms when sterilizing objects. Method: Disposable non-woven and full cotton materials were respectively employed to package sterilized objects deposited in our hospital's supply room after autoclaving, packaging sterilized objects with A, B, C and D four methods, of which A took double-layer cotton, B one layer non-woven plus one double-layer cotton, C two-layer non-woven, and D one layer non-woven package. The packaged sterilized objects were stored in supply room after autoclaving, and then sent to be examined every two weeks, in order to monitor their effective date in a year. Results: Group A's effective date was 8 weeks, B 26 weeks, C 52 weeks and D 20 weeks, in a decreasing order of C group 〉 B group 〉 D group 〉 A group ; A group's cost was 5.6 yuan, B group 4.0 yuan, C group 2.4 yuan, and D group 1.2 yuan, in an order of A group 〉 B group 〉 C group 〉 D group, P 〈0.05, with statistics' difference. Conclusion: Double disposable non-woven has a longer effective date and lower cost in packaging sterilized objects' in supply room. Not only does it enhance the management of effective time, and save medical cost, but also effectively control the nosocomial infection, which should be widely used.
