摘要
本文采用氢氧化钙与乳酸制备纳米级乳酸钙,针对氢氧化钙溶解度低于乳酸钙溶解度的特点,提出采用电导率法测定乳酸钙的过饱和度,在乳酸钙溶液接近饱和时,过滤除去未反应的氢氧化钙,抑制目标产物二次成核;并采用分光光度计确定乙醇的加入对乳酸钙纳米粉体的分散作用;采用自动电位滴定仪测定乳酸钙粉体的等电点,通过调节反应体系及洗涤液的PH远离乳酸钙粉体的等电点,可以抑制团聚。研究结果表明:向滤液中加入适量的乙醇,促进成核,抑制晶体的生长,并提高纳米粉体的分散性;乙醇的加入量为R=1∶1(R=V乙醇/V反应溶液);洗涤液采用醇与氢氧化钙水溶液,所制备的纳米粒子的平均粒径达到纳米级别。
The purpose of the present work nanoparticals lactate calcium were prepared using Lactic acid and calcium hydroxide as raw materials ,reactant concentration of lactate calcium was measured by conductivity method for solution of calcium hydroxide is lower than solution of lactate calcium , secondary nucleation were effectively restrained by removing Unreacted calcium hydroxide while approach saturation of lactate calcium , the effects of some proprate ethanol additive on distribution of nanoparticals lactate calcium were studied by spectrophotometer and particle size analyzer , By adjusting washing liquid and reaction system pHs , pHs of reaction system and washing the powder from the isoelectric point of calcium lactate powder can inhibit the agglomeration of nanopowder .the present result showed that appropriate ethanol additive to filtered liquor improve nucleation , restrain growth rate of crystalline and improve particle size distribution .Quantity of proprate addition ethanol is R =1∶1(R=Vethano/Vreation solution), washing liquid is mixing solution of Ca(OH)2 and ethanol .
