摘要
旋转泵轴监测系统中需要对泵轴的转速与反转进行监测,分析了反转监视器的信号处理过程,并对传感器的探头安装角度、齿轮盘齿数对反转监测的影响进行了理论分析,提出传感器安装精度要求和选型意见。
As it is necessary for a rotary pump shaft monitoring system to monitor both the rotation speed and reverse rotation of the pump shaft, the signal processing of reverse rotation monitor was analyzed, while theoretical analysis made to the effects of installation angle of sensor probe and the tooth number of gear tray on the reverse rotation detection effect. Moreover, requirements on installation accuracy and suggestions on type selection of the sensor were brought forward.
