用镁离子法测定烟气脱硫系统除雾器出口雾滴质量浓度的实践 被引量:4

摘要 为防止烟气湿法脱硫后的净烟气将含大量浆液的雾滴排入大气,对周边环境引起二次污染,在脱硫塔出口都设置了除雾器,并提出用镁离子法测定其出口雾滴的质量浓度,以考核除雾器性能。对一台660MW燃煤发电机组烟气脱硫装置除雾器出口的雾滴质量浓度进行测试。结果表明:该方法具有良好的准确性与实用性,测得的雾滴质量浓度小于75mg/m3,符合行业标准。 To prevent large quantity of water droplet containing massive slurry from entering into the atmosphere along with flue gas emitted after flue gas wet desulfurization process, and to avoid secondary pollution to surroundings, mist eliminator is always installed at the outlet of desulfurization tower. To examine the performance of mist eliminator, it was proposed to measure the moisture concentration at the outlet of mist eliminator based on magnesium ion testing, which was verified with a 660 MW coal-fired power unit. Results show the method has good accuracy and is applicable, with a measured moisture concentration less than 75 mg/m3, which conforms to relevant industrial standards.
