摘要
为防治红枫湖水库蓝藻水华和保护水生生态系统,2012年7月份(夏季)通过昼夜定点连续分层监测红枫湖水库,对蓝藻的种类组成、优势种、现存量的垂直分布特征进行了比较分析。结果表明:随着水深的增加,光照强度的降低,蓝藻种类数和现存量都会出现先增后减的趋势。0.5m水层蓝藻现存量呈现先上升后下降的趋势。其中,绝对优势藻种铜绿微囊藻、假鱼腥藻的分布与光照强度密切相关。
In order to control the cyanobacteria and protect the aquatic ecosystem,fixed-point monitoring day and night was undertaken in Hongfeng reservoir in July(summer),2012,the vertical distribution characteristics of species composition,dominant species,and biomass were analyzed in this study.The result showed that both the amount of species and biomass of cyanobacteria increased first and decreased after along with increase of depth and decrease of light intensity.Similarly,the biomass of cyanobacteria increased first and decreased after in 0.5mdepth of water layer.Among the cyanobacteria,the distribution of absolute dominant species Microcystis aeruginosa and Pseudanabaena limnetica was closely related with light intensity.
