摘要
【目的】建立银翘清感片的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱分析方法,为其内在质量评价积累数据。【方法】采用Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇—体积分数0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱系统为流动相,流速为0.8mL/min,柱温25℃,检测波长为230 nm,进样量为10μL。【结果】建立银翘清感片指纹图谱,以牛蒡苷色谱峰为参照峰,确定21个共有峰,并对10批样品进行了相似度比较,介于0.92~1.0。【结论】该法稳定性高、重现性好,可为有效提高银翘清感片的质量控制提供参考。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprinting analysis method for Yinqiao Qinggan Tablets, and to provide data for quality evaluation of the tablets. Methods The method was performed on a Diamonsil Cls column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid gradient elution system as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The column temperature was 25℃, the detection wavelength was 230 nm, and the injection volume was 10μL. Results HPLC fingerprints for Yinqiao Qinggan Tablets have been established. With the peaks of arctiin as reference, 21 peaks were found. The similarity of fingerprints of 10 batches of samples was in the range of 0.92~1.0. Conclusion The method is of high stability and good reproducibility, and can supply evidence for effective improvement of quality control of Y inqiao Qinggan Tablets.
