介绍了在某硫酸厂进行的超重力机-氨法净化含SO2尾气的侧线试验研究,超重力机分别用于一段脱硫和二段脱硫。确定了超重力机的操作条件:一段超重力机的气液比为900~1 000,S/C值控制在0.8以上,SO2吸收率大于80%;二段超重力机的气液比为900~1 000,S/C值控制在0.77~0.8,SO2吸收率大于95%,尾气ρ(SO2)14 286 mg/m3左右时,净化气ρ(SO2)可小于286 mg/m3。
The study of high gravity machine-ammonia process for cleaning SO2-containing tail gas is described. Eexperiments were carried out in side-line of a sulphuric acid plant. The operating conditions of high gravity machine were determined as follows: gas-liquid ratio of 900-1 000, S/C value of 0. 8 or more and SOEabsorption rate of more than 80% when used in stage 1, and gas-liquid ratio of 900-1 000, S/C value of 0.77- 0. 8, SO2 absorption rate of more than 95% when used in stage 2. When the SO2 concentration in tail gas was 14 286 mg/m3 , SO2 concentration in treated gas could be less than 286 mg/m3.
