摘要
粉煤灰氯化法生产无水氯化铝、无水氯化铝电解得到金属铝是一条新的研究思路,其中粉煤灰氯化法生产无水氯化铝是关键。在参考海绵钛生产工艺的基础上,提出了一个高铝粉煤灰直接氯化法生产无水氯化铝的新工艺,并对粉煤灰氯化、无水氯化铝精制等关键技术进行了详细的分析。
This paper explores a new approach to prepare aluminium via electrolysis process of anhydrous aluminium chloride produced from fly ash by chlorination.Its key technology is to prepare anhydrous aluminium chloride from fly ash by chlorination.A new process to prepare anhydrous aluminium chloride from high alumina fly ash by chlorination method was proposed with reference to production process of titanium sponge.The key technology of the proposed process including chlorination of fly ash and refining of anhydrous aluminium chloride is analyzed in detail.
